Original Grauman's Chinese Theater

Two Mold-A-Rama machines flanked the forecourt of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, steps from the handprints, from 1962 well into the 1980s (the Mann’s era), vending a pagoda figure of the theatre itself, the Hotei from the Seattle World’s Fair, and a sitting Buddha engraved "HOLLYWOOD" billed as the "Lucky Hotei."
