Tommy Bartlett's International Deer Ranch

Tommy Bartlett, the broadcaster turned showman of Wisconsin Dells fame, ran his International Deer Ranch beside Silver Springs, Florida, in the 1950s and 60s, complete with a "Santa’s South Pole" area, sleigh rides, and trained-animal acts.

It was one of the very first homes (possibly the first) of the flying reindeer Mold-A-Rama; original figures from here are engraved simply "DEER RANCH." The land was later absorbed into the Silver Springs attraction, now a state park.
