About Lion Country Safari (Loxahatchee)

Lion Country Safari in Loxahatchee, opened in 1967 as the first drive-through safari park in the United States, is the last of the chain still operating.

Its Mold-A-Rama machines vended lion figures (and, it’s believed, the standing grizzly bear) through the 1970s; the park no longer has a machine today.
